The Services may not be used to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or to interfere in the rights of third parties. The Services may not be used to upload, store or transmit any material that is indecent, obscene, pornographic or offensive. The hotel reserves the right, but not the obligation, to delete, terminate or otherwise remove any content that it deems, in its reasonable opinion, inappropriate or offensive.
You are liable for any harm that you cause the hotel by breaching this contract, whether by fraud, negligence or fault.
Customers understand and accept that Internet access, quality and speed may vary, depending on factors such as the number of users on line, ISP limitations or any other factor that may, now or at any time, reduce speed or quality of service, and that these variations are not grounds for payment refunds.

You expressly declare that you are of legal age.
Except to the extent strictly required by the laws of the country, neither the hotel nor Riu Hotels & Resorts will be liable for any harm associated with the supply of the services, or lack thereof, and customers hereby waive the hotel and resort of any liability resulting from access to any content through the service. Neither the hotel nor Riu Hotels & Resorts will be liable if the customer's equipment is changed or altered, damaged or has its performance affected during the operation, the application of procedures or the provision of the service.
Under no circumstances will the hotel or Riu Hotels & Resorts be liable for any incidental, indirect, particular, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business or business opportunity, loss of use, etc., except to the extent strictly required by the laws of the country. The hotel does not guarantee and cannot be held liable for the service, either explicitly or implicitly, and expressly waives the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or use, the warranty of merchantability and any other warranty implied by law.
The Internet access service that we provide you as a user requires a username and a password.
If you forget or lose your username or password, you may recover it through the service access page by completing the corresponding form with the requested data.
