Recover Username and Password

1. Click on "Access"

2. Click on "I have forgotten the password"

3. Fill in the form, accept the terms and conditions and click "Recover"


Common Errors

  • "Invalid username or password":

    Wrong username and/or password.

  • "Your ticket has expired":

    The ticket has expired.

  • "No more time available":

    The user has used up the usage time of their ticket.

  • "No more sessions are allowed for this ticket, already connected (x)":

    With the same ticket, there are more devices connected than allowed.

  • "Purchase service currently unavailable":

    Wi-Fi sales services and password recovery are temporarily unavailable.

  • "Wrong HOTEL WIFI network":

    Connecting to a wrong Wi-Fi network.
